September 7th, 2006 at 12:28 pm Today begins the journey. I have brown bagged my lunch, made coffee at home and resolved to spending only $1.50 today for chips and a newspaper, which is much better than the $5-10 day lunches,
financially and nutritionally. Buffalo chicken cold cuts on wheat make the best sandwiches from experience. Eventually, I will kick the chip habit.
Sunday's supermarket coupons come today, so I will pattern my grocery shopping around what's on sale.
